Rute Reformer

Rooted in the core principles of Joseph Pilates, this class combines strength, control, flow and breath to create movement that feels both powerful and restorative. Our signature class that is built on the unique experience of our instructors.

Strength Reformer

Where gym training meets Pilates. This class combines the resistance of the Reformer with free weights to deliver a powerful full-body workout.

Restorative Reformer

A slower-paced class designed to release tension, restore balance, and gently strengthen your body.

1-1 Reformer

At Rute, our 1-1 Reformer sessions are fully tailored to you. Each session is uniquely designed around your body, your goals, and your pace — whether you're building strength, recovering from injury, improving posture, or simply here for the enjoyment.

Dynamic Reformer

A high-energy, fast-paced class designed to challenge your strength, endurance and coordination. Expect flowing sequences, quick transitions and creative movement patterns that elevate your heart rate while sculpting and lengthening your body

Yoga Reformer

Yoga on the Reformer blends traditional yoga principles with the support and resistance of the Reformer. This mindful yet strength-building class focuses on breath, alignment and controlled movement to improve flexibility, stability and balance, leaving you feeling centred and strong.

Barre Reformer

Barre is a low-impact, high-burn class designed to build strength, tone and improve posture. Using small, controlled movements inspired by ballet, Pilates and functional training, this class targets the whole body while improving balance and stability.

Chair Reformer

Bringing you the ultimate experience, The Pilates Chair is the ultimate tool for building core control and total-body resistance. This class moves you through a creative flow of standing, seated, and lunging exercises designed to test your balance and build strength.

Meet Jodie —Studio manager and Reformer Instructor at Rute Studio

With over 15 years in the fitness industry, Jodie brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for movement to Rute Studio. As a highly skilled instructor across multiple disciplines, a dedicated Pilates teacher, and a qualified sports masseur, she blends her knowledge of strength, mobility, and body mechanics into a training style that’s both empowering and transformative.

Jodie has developed her own unique method — combining classical Pilates principles with dynamic movement and reformer strength training — designed to help clients build strength, confidence, and true body connection.

At Rute Studio, Jodie’s mission is simple: to create a space where every client feels welcome, supported, and inspired to move, grow, and thrive as part of our community.

Olivia

With a passion for movement and motivation, Liv brings the fire to every class. As a qualified Yoga Teacher, Dynamic Reformer Instructor, and Level 2 Fitness Instructor, her sessions blend strength, flow, and precision- all powered by some pumping tunes to keep the vibes high!

She loves to challenge her clients to push beyond what they think they’re capable of, helping them build confidence through strength and control. Her approach combines the transformative benefits of reformer with the proven power of resistance training- the perfect recipe for feeling and looking your best!
